History of Grasski in I.R .Iran :

Grass ski sport was started in I.R. Iran from 1991 when the first group of interested athletes in this field where sent to Turkey for a coaching class, and in 1993 taking the viewpoints of the international ski federation into consideration , and with regard to the co-operation of the concerned experts in this field , the cornerstone of Grasski Was laid down and after a year endeavor and work , it was opened to public in 1994.

In 1996 the first international Grasski tournament was held at Dizin which several international tournaments and world cup competition was organized and held in Dizin and now this ski run is on the verge of hosting finals word cup Grasski in 2002 and word cup championship Grasski in 2003.
