According to the Public Relations Department of the Skiing and Winter Sports Federation, the meeting took place at the federation’s conference hall with the participation of Mehran Tishegaran, the acting president; Morteza Saveh Shemshaki, the first vice president; Fatemeh Kia Darbandsari, the vice president for women's affairs; Ali Rahmanion, the acting secretary; Sadegh Kalehor, expert member for men's skiing; Bahareh Kheirkhah, expert member for women's skiing; Amir Abbas Taghizadeh, the federation's treasurer; Kaveh Sedaghi, board member and representative of clubs; and Reza Dousti, the federation's auditor. During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the proposed date for the federation’s presidential election assembly. Two potential dates—April 14, 2025, and April 26, 2025—were proposed for submission to the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Additionally, in an effort to draft and revise the federation’s regulations, it was decided that under the supervision of Salyanchi, the head of regulation drafting and advisor to the acting president, a preliminary draft of all ski resort and committee regulations would be prepared within a week. These drafts will be reviewed by the board members before being finalized in the next board meeting, which is scheduled before the end of the year. Once approved, the regulations will be sent to the Article 5 Commission of the Ministry of Sports and Youth for final approval. The federation’s financial reports were also presented by the treasurer, reviewed, and approved by the board members. Additionally, considering the necessity of holding Alpine Skiing competitions before the end of the year—including the National Championship—the board decided that official Alpine Skiing competitions, including six national championship races, national team trials, and Winter Olympic qualification events, will be held over the next two weeks.
